Mobellia ensures the lawfulness of its processing of personal data and its retention for a reasonable period necessary for the operations for which it was collected, in compliance with applicable legislation.

How long is your personal data retained?
Your personal data is retained for the time necessary to process it and for up to 3 years from your last purchase/last login.
What about cookies ?

Mobellia uses cookies to make your visit simpler and more pleasant. We do not use cookies to retain personal information or disclose information to third parties.
There are two types of cookies : persistent and temporary (session cookies).

Session cookies are stored temporarily and disappear as soon as you close your browsing session.
Mobellia uses persistent and session cookies to recognize the user when logging into the Mobellia website, identify sharing actions on social networks, check whether the user is logged in, or whether the user has added an item to their cart.

Finally, the issuance and use of cookies by third parties are subject to those third parties' privacy policies. They originate from third parties such as social media buttons.
What about tracking pixels in emails?
We use tracking technologies (tracking pixels) provided by Klaviyo in the emails we send. These technologies allow us, in particular, to determine whether an email has been opened, on what date and at what time, and to estimate your general location.

- to compile audience statistics;

What are your rights and how can you exercise them ?
You may access and obtain a copy of the data concerning you, object to the processing of such data, and have it rectified or erased. You also have the right to restrict the processing of your data.

Each request must specify, in the subject line, the reason for the request (exercise of the right of access, objection, etc.). The request must also be accompanied by proof of identity and specify the address to which the response should be sent.
Mobellia will send you its response within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt of your request. This period may nevertheless be extended by two months due to the complexity and number of requests.
If, after contacting Mobellia, you believe that your data protection rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
What security measures have we implemented to protect your personal data?
Mobellia undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data.
To this end, we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against any unauthorised use, accidental loss or accidental partial or total destruction.
Mobellia ensures the security of payments on its website. Accordingly, all our transactions are encrypted for highly secure payment.
When you make a purchase, Mobellia does not have access to your bank details: everything is managed directly by our banking partner.
Who else may have access to your personal data?
We share personal information with our affiliates and other trusted companies or persons who process it on our behalf (our logistics providers, carriers and routers), in accordance with our instructions and our Privacy Policy.
Is your personal data transferred outside the European Union?
Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union, particularly to the United States and Canada, by Shopify. In such cases, it is processed in accordance with European law, Canadian law and, where necessary, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
