Contest rules www.mobellia.com celebrates its 3rd anniversary
Article 1: Organizing Company
The company MOBELLIA, a SAS with a capital of €100,000, whose registered office is located at 1165, avenue Jean René Guillibert Gauthier de la Lauzière – 13290 Aix-en-Provence – France, registered with the RCS of Aix en Provence under number B 841 403 678, is organizing a free contest with no purchase obligation from 20.03.2025 at 11:00 to 28.03.2025 at 14:00. The operation is titled: "Instagram Contest 3 Years MOBELLIA".

Article 2: Conditions of Participation
This Game is open to any individual residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica), Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Germany, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands who wishes to participate for free from the Instagram account @mobellia_design: https://www.instagram.com/mobellia_design/
The organizing company reserves the right to carry out all necessary checks regarding the identity of the participants.
"All employees of the Company, as well as minors, are excluded from participating in this Game and from benefiting from any prizes."
"Individuals who have not provided their complete contact details and identities or who have provided them inaccurately or dishonestly will be disqualified, as will those who refuse the collection, recording, and use of personal information concerning them that is strictly necessary for the management of the game."
Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules by all participants. Failure to comply with these rules results in the automatic cancellation of participation and any potential awards.
Article 3: Method of Participation
Game progression:
Participation will be recorded between 20.03.2025 at 5:00 PM and 28.03.2025 at 2:00 PM.
The game proceeds as follows, the player must:
- Having an Instagram account
- Follow the account @mobellia_design: https://www.instagram.com/mobellia_design/
- Like the post on the account @mobellia_design
- Comment on the post on the @mobellia_design account by tagging one or more people.
Article 4: Selection of the winner
Once the draw has been made, the winner will be contacted by the company Mobellia via private message directly on their Instagram account through which they won. The winner must then respond to the private message confirming their contact details in order to proceed with the sending of the prize, which will be delivered by postal service. In case of no response within 3 days from the time of contact, the winner will forfeit their prize and a new draw will be held to select a new winner.
The winner will also be mentioned in the contest publication once the game is closed.
There will be only one winner for this game. The winner will be chosen by drawing lots from the comments and in accordance with the rules of this contest. The draw will take place on Friday, March 28.
The winner must comply with the rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded to them. Participants authorize all verifications regarding their identity, age, postal address, or the honesty and sincerity of their participation. In this regard, the company Mobellia reserves the right to request a copy of the winner's identification before sending the prize. Any false declaration, indication of false identity or address results in the immediate disqualification of the participant and, if applicable, the reimbursement of the prize already sent.
Article 5: Endowment

The draw will take place on Friday, March 28. The prize is neither exchangeable, nor transferable, nor refundable in whole or in part. The winner will receive their prize by carrier, within 1 month from the end of the game. If the winner waives their prize or cannot take possession of it for any reason, the prize in question will remain the property of the company Mobellia, which will be free to reallocate it or not.
The prize is strictly personal and is neither transferable nor exchangeable for monetary value or another prize. In the event of force majeure or a special event, the company Mobellia reserves the right to replace the won prize with a prize of equivalent nature and value, without incurring any liability as a result.
The company Mobellia declines all responsibility related to the offered prize, particularly in the event of a delay or regarding any potential dissatisfaction of the winner concerning the prize.

The company Mobellia reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the game at any time, without participants being entitled to any compensation.
Article 8: Limitation of Liability
"Mobellia's liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events beyond its control, which would partially or totally deprive participants of the opportunity to participate in the game and/or the winner of the benefit of their prize."
"The company Mobellia cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts, transport damages, or lack of legibility of stamps due to the carriers."
"The company Mobellia and its service providers cannot be held responsible in any case for any incidents that may occur during the use of the allocation by the beneficiary or third parties once the winner has taken possession of it."
Similarly, the company Mobellia, as well as its service providers, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the prize once the winner has taken possession of it. This contest is not managed or sponsored by Instagram, which the company Mobellia discharges from any liability. Instagram's liability cannot be sought in any case during the execution of this contest.
Article 9: Use of Participants' Personal Data
Participants' information is recorded and used by the company Mobellia to remember their participation in the game and to allow for the allocation of the prize.
Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to their personal data provided in the context of this game being processed. They also have the right to object to their data being used for commercial prospecting purposes, outside of their participation in this game, which they can assert from the moment they register their participation by sending a letter to the address below.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, every participant has the right to request the rectification, completion, clarification, updating, or deletion of any information concerning them that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, or outdated by contacting by mail at the following address: 1165, avenue Jean René Guillibert Gauthier de la Lauzière – 13290 Aix-en-Provence – France or by email at the address contact@mobellia.com.
"The reimbursement of the costs for the request for correction and deletion of data will be based on a simple letter weighing less than 20g sent at the economy rate."
Article 10: Disputes
This regulation is subject to French law.
To be taken into account, any disputes related to the Game must be submitted in writing to the following address: 1165, avenue Jean René Guillibert Gauthier de la Lauzière – 13290 Aix-en-Provence – France. And no later than ninety (90) days after the deadline for participation in the Game as indicated in these rules. In the event of a persistent disagreement regarding the application or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court, to which exclusive jurisdiction is granted.
