Refund policy

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the external condition of the delivered products and whether the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice. The Customer may refuse delivery in case of damage to the packaging. However, once the delivery note is signed, the Customer can no longer make any claims regarding the external appearance of the delivered goods.

In the event that the ordered product(s) do not provide satisfaction, the Customer has a legal period of thirty (30) full days from the day of receipt of the products to return them, it being specified that when the thirty (30) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Client must send an email to the following address: contact@mobellia.com

The Customer then has a period of thirty (30) days to return the products at their own expense.
Mobellia can arrange the return of the order through its own carrier. Delivery and return fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Mobellia commits to refund the Customer, excluding delivery and return fees, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the returned products, provided that they are in perfect condition.
Indeed, all returned products must be sent back perfectly intact and in their original packaging. No returns will be accepted if the products are not repackaged by the Customer, and if they have been visibly used and/or damaged by the Customer, making the products unsuitable for sale.
