Instagram Summer 2025 Contest
Article 1: Organizing Company
The company MOBELLIA, a SAS with a capital of €100,000, whose registered office is located at 1165, avenue Jean René Guillibert Gauthier de la Lauzière – 13290 Aix-en-Provence – France, registered with the Aix en Provence Trade and Companies Register under number B 841 403 678, is organizing a free contest without purchase obligation from 25.06.2025 to 02.07.2025. The operation is titled: "Instagram Summer 2025 Contest MOBELLIA."

Article 2: Conditions of participation
This Game is open to any natural person residing in mainland France (including Corsica), Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Germany, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands who wishes to participate for free from the Instagram account @mobellia_design: https://www.instagram.com/mobellia_design/
The organizing company reserves the right to carry out all necessary verifications regarding the identity of participants.
All staff of the Company, as well as minors, are excluded from participating in this Game and from benefiting from any prize.
Persons who have not provided their complete contact details and identity or who have provided inaccurate or false information will be disqualified, as well as persons refusing the collection, recording, and use of personal data strictly necessary for the management of the game.
Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules by all participants. Failure to comply with these rules will result in automatic cancellation of participation and any potential prize award.
Article 3: Participation terms
Game procedure:
Entries will be counted between 06/25/2025 at 11:00 AM and 07/02/2025 at 3:00 PM.
The game proceeds as follows, the player must:
- Have an Instagram account
- Follow the @mobellia_design account: https://www.instagram.com/mobellia_design/
- Like the post on the @mobellia_design account
- Comment on the post on the @mobellia_design account by tagging one or more people.
Article 4: Selection of the winner
Once the draw has been made, the winner will be contacted by Mobellia via a private message directly on their Instagram account through which they won. The winner must then reply to the private message confirming their details in order to proceed with the shipment of the prize, which will be delivered by postal mail. If there is no response within 3 days from the time of contact, the winner will forfeit their prize and a new draw will be held to select a new winner.
The winner will also be mentioned on the contest publication once the game is closed.
There will be only one winner for this game. The winner will be designated by a draw among the comments and in accordance with the rules of this contest. The draw will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
The winner must comply with the rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded to them. Participants authorize all verifications regarding their identity, age, postal address, or the fairness and sincerity of their participation. In this respect, Mobellia reserves the right to request a copy of the winner's identity document before sending the prize. Any false declaration, false identity, or false address will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and, if applicable, the reimbursement of the prize already sent.
Article 5: Prize
Article 6: Delivery of the prize
The draw will take place on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The prize is neither exchangeable, transferable, nor refundable in whole or in part. The winner will receive their prize by carrier within 1 month from the end of the game. If the winner renounces their prize or cannot take possession of it for any reason, the prize in question will remain the property of Mobellia, which will be free to reassign it or not.
The prize is strictly personal and is neither transferable nor exchangeable for monetary value or another prize. In case of force majeure or special event, Mobellia reserves the right to replace the won prize with a prize of equivalent nature and value, without incurring liability as a result.
Mobellia disclaims all liability related to the prize offered, notably in case of delay or regarding any possible dissatisfaction of the winner concerning the prize.

Mobellia reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the game at any time, without participants being entitled to any compensation.
Article 8: Limitation of liability
Mobellia's liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events beyond its control, which would partially or totally deprive participants of the possibility to participate in the game and/or the winner of the benefit of their prize.
Mobellia cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts, transport damage, or illegibility of postmarks due to carriers.
Mobellia and its service providers cannot in any case be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prize by the beneficiary or third parties once the winner has taken possession of it.
Similarly, Mobellia and its service providers cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the prize once the winner has taken possession of it. This contest is not managed or sponsored by Instagram, which Mobellia releases from all liability. Instagram's responsibility cannot in any case be sought during the execution of this contest.
Article 9: Use of participants' personal data
Participants' information is recorded and used by Mobellia to record their participation in the game and allow the awarding of the prize.
Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to their personal data provided in the context of this game being processed. They also have the right to object to their data being used for commercial prospecting purposes, outside of participation in this game, which they can assert upon registering their participation by writing to the address below.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, any participant has the right to request that information concerning them that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, or outdated be corrected, completed, clarified, updated, or deleted by writing to the address: 1165, avenue Jean René Guillibert Gauthier de la Lauzière – 13290 Aix-en-Provence – France or by email to contact@mobellia.com
Reimbursement of the costs for requests to rectify and delete data will be made on the basis of a simple letter weighing less than 20g, stamped at the economy rate.
Article 10: Disputes
These rules are subject to French law.
To be considered, any disputes related to the Game must be submitted in writing to the following address: 1165, avenue Jean René Guillibert Gauthier de la Lauzière – 13290 Aix-en-Provence – France. And no later than ninety (90) days after the deadline for participation in the Game as indicated in these rules. In case of persistent disagreement on the application or interpretation of these rules, and failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court, which has exclusive jurisdiction.
